Common Questions
How do I know how many hours I need?
We recommend personalising your annual hair programme with your consultant in salon. Or some guest choose a standard amount say 8 that are pre paid and can top up in salon if needed.
What happens if I need more hours?
Simply edit you membership in line with what you feel you may use.
What happens if I don't use my hours?
We will simply roll the hours over into the next year. You will never lose them.
Can I use my hours on products too?
I'm afraid not, we have separate membership for homecare products.
What rewards will I get if I recommend a friend?
For each friend that signs up to our membership, we'll gift you one hour credit at the same rate as your membership.
What discount can I get off products?
Whilst your membership is active, you can purchase products at 10% discount.
