Making a booking
We encourage all new bookings to be made over the phone or in person so we can ensure your experience with us is seamless and unlocking all benefits available to you.
If you are wishing to have a colour application. This will require a allergy alert patch test. Therefore we recommend booking a 30 minute complimentary meet and greet conversation. From there we will personalise your experience to your needs and wants.
On the day and children's policy
We welcome guests to arrive early and take some extra time to relax In our lounge area. We'll meet you at the door and immediately take any weight off your shoulders. The time is yours, we politely ask that mobile phones are placed on silent to truly optimise your experience.
