When you book an experience with us, your dedicated personal consultant will host you one on one from start to finish with no interruptions at a set hourly rate
This is inclusive of all industry leading products and treatments needed to create your style
Everything is covered - Our approach is centred on giving your hair everything it needs and wants to look and feel its best.
TRULY INCLUSIVE
Your personal consultant will tailor a quote based on your specific needs and wants.
Our consultants’ rates range from £55 - £100 per hour.
And the best part? You can relax knowing that there will be no extra costs added. We may even surprise you with a few extra goodies here and there.
CONVERSATIONS
We love talking hair, and know that endless possibilities are born from conversations. That’s why we offer a complimentary 15 minute conversation to all guests exploring something new.
MAKING A BOOKING
We encourage all new bookings to be made over the phone or in person so we can ensure your experience with us is seamless and unlocking all benefits available to you.
If you are wishing to have a colour application. This will require a allergy alert patch test. Therefore we recommend booking a 30 minute complimentary meet and greet conversation. From there we will personalise your experience to your needs and wants.
COLOUR BOOKINGS
Colour booking time is completely personalised to you. Therefore we strongly recommend all NEW colour bookings not to be made online. Please call, message or pop into the salon where a member of our guest relations team will assist you with the correct booking time for you.
BLOW DRYS
Dedicated to the finish, we offer 30 minute fully inclusive blow drys that are priced at 50% of your personal consultants hourly rate.
ON THE DAY & OUR CHILDRENS POLICY
We welcome guests to arrive early and take some extra time to relax In our lounge area. We'll meet you at the door and immediately take any weight off your shoulders. The time is yours, we politely ask that mobile phones are placed on silent to truly optimise your experience.

NEW GUEST TASTER BLOW DRY
We understand that when meeting a new hairdresser and visiting a new salon can sometimes be a little overwhelming.
Which is why we have great pleasure in inviting you to a taster blow dry.
Use this as a glimpse into all the senses within our salon. Meet your hair consultant with a risk free high impact service. Relax and enjoy this preview, knowing that here you are welcomed as our guest and extended family.
