Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
On some occasions, orders may be processed faster or slower due to any operational challenges such as post or courier strikes.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For all UK mainland we have two shipping rates listed below. We also provide free shipping on orders over £50.

Click and Collect - In Store Pick-Up
We offer Free Click and Collect - Same day In store pick up. Your basket will be held in store for 7 days. If not collected we will contact you to arrange a delivery.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation ready when you arrive.
If your items are not collected or delivery arrange. We will add a non-refundable credit on your account to be used on products and services, valid up to 12 months from the credit date. We will notify you this by email.

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping outside of UK Mainland.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@foundlove.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you..
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Any refunds must be done in person in any found love salon by card transaction chip and pin.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at s hello@foundlove.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
